In this video we share with you our experience configuring a captive portal (hotspot) on two Unifi devices, the Unifi Dream Machine, and the Unifi Cloud Key Gen2.
First, we configured it based on Radius authentication (recommended for most secure scenarios) and, in the second, in the Voucher mode (the most popular of all), which is preferred by stores, restaurants, hotels, and convention centers.
Remember that the captive portal can also be installed and run on a personal computer by downloading the software for free from the Unifi website, www.ui.com, or configure it in any of the devices that include the Network Controller such as the powerful Unifi Dream Machine Pro and the versatile and now integrated Cloud Key Gen2 plus.
